Endpoint is preparing to sell a wireless intrusion detection system (WIDS) used in cybersecurity for our nation’s critical infrastructure. It is based on a technology licensed from the University of Notre Dame which uses the energy in each signal to secure the communication. Because it does not use data to authenticate edge devices, it works well with otherwise neglected legacy devices in use; each of which represent easy entry into the Operations Technology network to a hacker. Beachhead markets are oil & gas and chemical; additional markets to quickly follow. Follow-on products are in design stages. Assembly is planned in the BCS area. Endpoint has pending proposals for non-dilutive funding to advance the company’s objectives.

Glīd is a full-stack logistics solution, combining physical freight movement, AI-driven logistics orchestration, and infrastructure intelligence into a seamless Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform. By democratizing rail access, reducing emissions, and upskilling the workforce, we optimize freight with low CapEx, scalable road-to-rail vehicles, both driver-operated and autonomous. At its core is EZRA-1SIX, an integrated freight brokerage, fleet, and transportation management system handling billing, payments, automation, and workforce training. It also provides real-time track inspection, infrastructure monitoring, and predictive analytics, ensuring seamless, data-driven operations. We generate revenue through subscriptions, per-ton-mile hauling fees, and data sales, offering a cost-effective, sustainable logistics alternative. With our first two driver-operated vehicles and software launching this year, Glīd is set to redefine intermodal logistics.

Metpeel has the capability to quickly scale and produce commercial grade foils from 2 mm down to 20 microns (0.02 mm) from various metals and metal alloys. Metpeel process can produce foils with various alloy compositions that is not possible with existing technologies, thus, improving foil quality and performance.

The system is very low cost, small footprint, light weight and does not require rig modifications or extensive installation requirements. The business model is a rental model common in the upstream energy industry. Rental contracts will be executed with operators, fluid companies, managed pressure while drilling contractors, solids control service companies and drilling contractors. The agreements with the largest customers are known as “Master Service Agreements and are in effect for several years. In addition to the system rental business, Relegance offers software solutions that employs proprietary AI insights to further add intelligence to the rig operations.

From helping landowners determine water availability to helping counties monitor aquifer levels, Well Water Finders is focused on making groundwater detection easy, accurate, and affordable, helping property owners know water levels BEFORE drilling. Using patented electromagnetic technology to locate, measure depth, and estimate aquifer volume, the company successfully piloted its system and is now manufacturing its first commercial units for global use. Additionally, Well Water Finders offers a comprehensive groundwater database and report service, delivering actionable insights for informed decision-making. Well Water Finders is a portfolio member of Austin Technology Incubator, the deep tech incubator at The University of Texas at Austin.
